May is National Fitness Month so let’s workout our dogs mind and bodies by trying something new! We are offering introduction only classes for the following sports to sample: Pup-lates®, Canine Cross-Training ®, Tricks, Scent, and Urban Herding. Try one or try them all!

My two dogs, Punk’n and Enzo, are my heroes because they are a reflection and a constant reminder of who I am and who I strive to be. In so many ways, Punk’n is me in dog form—willful, outspoken, and sometimes even stubborn. She reacts to many things the same way I do and helps me see myself and my actions in her short, furry reflection. I know myself better because of her.

It’s that time already! Grab your creepy canine and join us for an afternoon of fun at our Howl – O- Ween Party. Saturday October 27th from 2pm-3:30pm.

We had just brought our son home from the hospital, as new parents, we were incredibly cautious in regards to EVERYTHING! We were pretty sure that taking a walk around the neighborhood with our dog, Mate, would be a safe thing to do.

When I was by myself and feeling sad and in pain my dogs always knew how to cheer me up. They would jump on the bed and kiss my tears away. They reminded me I have more than just myself to live for.

We are excited to invite you and your dog to joins us on Saturday, September 22nd as we celebrate all responsible dog owners of Boulder County! Activities for kids and dogs; speak one-on-one with a dog trainer; talk to AKC breed clubs; or find the pup of your dreams at one of the many rescues in attendance.

Canine Massage Certification Program students will be at Zoom Room on August 11th from 9am – noon offering FREE canine massage as part of their training.

Ever wanted to try a class at the Zoom Room, but couldn’t commit to six weeks? Not sure if you want to take Agility, Tricks, Obedience or all three? You’re going to love the new class format at the Zoom Room Longmont!

June 2012 is turning into a busy community month for us at Zoom Room Longmont and for your dogs too! Join us in celebrating the dogs in our lives at the many events on our schedule. From contests, demonstrations and good food, fun to be had by all 2 and 4-legged friends!

Come honor National “Take Your Dog to Work Day” with Zoom Room! We are partnering with a wonderful organization for this event, the Friends of Retired Greyhounds! So, whether you bring your four-pawed friend to work or not, you are encouraged to bring him to Zoom Room Longmont on Friday, June 22nd for Doggy Disco. The festivities run from 5pm-7pm. All proceeds benefit the Greyhounds!

Can you believe it has already been one year? Last May the Zoom Room Longmont opened its doors to an amazing group of people and their dogs. It was more than we could have ever hoped for. To show our appreciation please join us in celebrating our 1-year mark on Saturday, May 19th!

Spring Agility League doubled number of competitors! Six weeks of beating the clock, near misses around the equipment and skills improved week to week. We had 6 dog and owner teams embark on Spring Agility League on March 15, 2012. We saw dogs and their owners improve and have fun!

Zoom Room Longmont joins Mutts Main Street to support Longmont Humane Society fundraising walk, May 19, 2012 from 8am-1pm. Come watch the adoptable pet parade and other dog-tastic events from Longmont Humane Society graduates!
