St. Pawty’s Day Party
| Mar 3rd, 2014

Avoid being green with envy and come on down to Zoom Room Culver City to celebrate St. Pawtrick’s Day!  Join us for an evening of fun and socializing with your best friend.

Enjoy festive food, drinks, and treats, raffles, and activities to keep you and the pup busy.  Try your pup’s paw at games such as:

  • It’s not easy being Greene:  Trainer Kevin (Greene, get it?) will engage the pups in a game of bobbing for treats
  • Push your luck:  Trainer Stephanie will judge a ball-pushing contest. Urban Herders, be prepared to race!
  • Tricky Trainer:  Join Trainer Meghan in a “Meghan says” game with a lucky twist.

A portion of the proceeds of this event will benefit local rescue Lucky Puppy! Bring donations for Lucky Puppy if you’re feeling extra generous and receive an additional free raffle ticket! You won’t want to miss out the celebration.

First Aid/CPR Seminar
| Mar 3rd, 2014
According to the American Animal Hospital Association, 25% more pets could be saved each year if CPR were applied.  Learning basic first aid skills could one day save your dog’s life.

Zoom Room Sherman Oaks will team up with Pet Tech Certified Instructor Jillian Myers for a one-day course to teach you all you need to know to help your love bug through a variety of situations.

This seminar includes hands on participation (using models),  a workbook with detailed instructions, one-on-one work with Jillian, and a CPR Completion Certificate.

Want to learn more than CPR?  You’re in luck!  This course will also cover vital information on heat and cold injuries, poisoning, bites and stings, wellness and injury assessments, bleeding protocols, and choking management.

This seminar is a human-only event, so be sure to leave your furry one at home.

More information on Jillian can be found at  Healthy Paws LA.
