Safe! Spooky? Fun! Prizes!

Safari StanleyOn Monday, October 31st, the City of Claremont will be holding its Halloween Spooktacular. There will be safe trick-or-treating for the human kids, with free fun and games in the Village. Bring your furry kids too because the Zoom Room will be sponsoring the Howl-o-ween Dog Costume Contest! The contest will be held at the Claremont Depot (200 W First Street) at 5 pm. All entrants will get a special gift bag courtesy of the Zoom Room. Wow the judges with your most creative, cutest or scariest costumes for your pups! There will be extra special treats for the winners.

Please keep in mind that not all dogs like to dress up. If your pooch seems scared or anxious it might be best to forgo the costume this year.¬†Other activities at the Depot include a wildlife presentation and a children’s costume contest.
