Loved class:) The atmosphere and class members were great. Kyle was very knowledgeable and always had a positive energy and attitude. In fact, every employee I met was very welcoming and positive. They all knew every dog by name as well. Overall great place!

Just want to say thank you Kyle!
Max and I have attended a couple private sessions to work on Max's social skills and I've got to say I am already seeing an imporvement. For the first time Max went outside without barking at the neighbor girl.
We have 3 private sessions left and if all goes well a more social and better behaved Max will start obedience classes.

Kyle is a wonderful instructor - patient, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I like the set-up of the classes and how we could choose to attend the ones that worked for us. However, I felt the class sizes were too large. Our last class had 11 dogs there. With only 50 minutes, I felt we got very little one-on-one time with Kyle and instead were practicing with our dog much like we do regularly on our own. I am curious as to what number classes are capped at to ensure we all have enough interaction with the instructor. Thanks to Zoom Room and especially to Kyle!

Overall as with Shy Dog, our experience was great, we never thought we'd see the day Lambchop jumped through a hoop. It's amazing how much confidence he has now, finally learning to bark at age 7 1/2.
We'd love to see a small, limited space "pre-agility" type class where dogs like Lambchop who are timid can focus just on class. Most of the drop-in classes Wed night were small but the last one we attended was slightly bigger but had a couple dogs that had to be separated because they growled and snapped at each other. This also caused other dogs in the class to be nervous and bark. For dogs like ours they become nervous and tend to shut down and the owners are constantly watching to make sure their timid dog doesn't get too close to another that may growl or scare them.
Kyle is a wonderful instructor and did a terrific job trying to manage a larger class with a range of dog ages, sizes, abilities and personalities, but it definitely provided a different experience for class. We'd love to continue agility 1 with Kyle and if there was a class that was a little calmer and/or smaller, that would certainly be ideal for us.

I used a groupon for these private lessons, and they have been great. Kyle is a great instructor, and the 30 minute time period is perfect for me and my 10-month old German Shepherd. I was having trouble controlling Max, so Kyle showed me a couple of things to do, as well as helping me with a new harness. I have a different dog!! Just this morning we walked by about a dozen squirrels, and I was able to keep Max calm and focused on me. And--I still have my arm attached to my shoulder! Great job Kyle.

Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. He had a really nice way with the dogs in our class. The facility is always very clean and friendly.
Spencer and I really enjoy our time there and he is learning a lot.

We enjoyed the entire 6 weeks of Shy Dog class. We've had our rescued and very timid black lab for 4 years now and are always looking for ways to build his confidence. It was amazing the confidence he gained including at the age of 7, finally learning to bark!
It was not only a great learning experience for Lambchop but for my husband and myself as well. We will definitely be back soon!

So far a good experience. Kyle knows what he is doing, he's patient with the owners and the dogs. We'll sign up for another block of classes, and have recommended the Zoom Room to a few of our dog owning friends.

Kyle is a great trainer. He is especially good at calmly handling dogs if they misbehave (time out) and frustred trainers who are having difficulties accomplishing their goals. I believe he is helping Daisy and I to accomplish our goal: Therapy Dog. Daisy really looks forward to her time at the Zoom Room, and having attended an open play session, it has helped me to see how she interacts with other dogs, off leash.

The Zoom Room has been a great place for Mozzie to come and socialize with other dogs and explore new things. We've been bringing her since she was 10 weeks old, and Puppy Preschool was a great place for her to come play with other puppies and explore agility equipment. We moved her up to Puppy Obedience at 13 weeks and it has been great. She gets to play with some older puppies (most around 6 months) and really dig in on learning a bunch of the basics of obedience. I'd recommend Zoom Room to anyone who is looking for somewhere to train their dog!

Molly and I thoroughly enjoyed our stress free instruction with Becky. Becky has a lot of insight which she shared with me. I can honestly say that Molly and I both learned a lot. We are still enforcing and using all of the training that we collected at the Zoom Room. One of the things I appreciated, especially because Molly is young and very distractable, was the small class size in the early afternoon. With only 3 or 4 dogs in the class, I was able to keep her distraction to a minimum.
The Zoom Room is a wonderful source for dog training and socialization. I definitely will be back in the fall for the agility training!
If you are looking for a great place for your dog, Zoom Room is that place.

Kyle is great... he is very patient and understanding with all the humans downfalls. I am not sure our Furlegged little guy knew he was a dog before we took him to Zoom Room however I am pleased to say he can interact with Boomer and Parker and is very social after just 4 weeks. We are signing up for Obedience 2 and maybe a few inside play dates as well just to keep us social! Great place and easy location to find and get to!
