How to Redeem Your Deal Chicken at the Zoom Room

Congratulations on purchasing a Deal Chicken for the Zoom Room!

Here are the simple steps you’ll need to take to redeem your Deal Chicken.

1. Choose “Longmont” from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
2. Next, you need to create an account for your dog.  Click here to create an account.
3. You can then click on the Semester Tab or Drop In Tab to view the schedule of available classes.  Deal Chicken is valid for any Semester class or Puppy Classes under the Drop In tab.  Find the class you’d like to take.
4. OK, you’re almost done!  Now send us an email or call us at (303) 834-8665 to let us know which class you’d like to sign up for.  If we’re busy with other callers, simply leave a message with your dog’s name and your last name, the class you’d like to sign up for, and a good phone number where you can be reached.
5. Before your class meets, remember to send us your dog’s current vaccination records.  you will have received a confirmation email with instructions on how to fax or upload your dog’s records.  Need help?  No problem.  Just give us a call or email, and we’ll be happy to call your vet for you to get the records.
6. On the day your class meets, remember to bring in your printed Deal Chicken voucher (or the mobile app).
7. Enjoy your class!  Tell your friends!
