Indoor Dog Park Opens in Austin

The news team of KXAN – the NBC affiliate in Austin, Texas – came out to visit the Zoom Room for a look at the perfect way for Austin dogs to beat the summer heat.

“We want dogs to have a fun, air-conditioned place to play during the summer and a place for their owners to relax,” said Michele Mendoza, owner of the Zoom Room.

There’s also a trick course that can teach a dog how to ride a skateboard, get a beer from a refrigerator, or sit pretty.
