Welcome to the New Zoom Room Online!

The Zoom Room is delighted to announce that we’ve just launched our new web site, along with an online enrollment system for reserving dog training classes.

Everything should be pretty self-explanatory, but here’s what you need to know:

• If you’re currently enrolled in a class:
  

  Click the Member Login button on the top right of your screen. If you’ve already set up a username and password, you’re good to go. Otherwise, simply enter your dog’s name and your last name to find your dog in the system. You’ll then be able to choose your own username and password.

• If you’ve taken Zoom Room classes in the past, but aren’t currently enrolled:
  

  There’s a good chance your dog is already in our new system. Just search for your dog’s first name and your last name. Don’t see your dog there? No problem, the screen will prompt you to enter your information.

• If you’re a newcomer:
  

  Enter your dog’s name and your last name to get started.

Once you’ve created an online account, you’ll be able to use that username and password to access your dog’s records at any time. You can enroll in dog training classes, purchase training treats & equipment, buy gift certificates for a friend, or check your dog’s current schedule of upcoming classes. You can also reserve a spot in Open Gym, schedule private dog training classes, edit your contact info, and so on.

A couple of quick notes:

1. Please note that if you have more than one dog who comes to the Zoom Room, each dog will have his or her own account. That means that you’ll need to create a username/password for EACH of your dogs. And, if you’re signing up both dogs for classes, you’ll need to sign in to one dog’s account, enroll, and then log off and back on as the other dog. We apologize if this seems unwieldy — but it’s the best way for us to treat each of your dog’s royally.

2. Once you’re logged in, you’re able to access our Online Hound Lounge. (Look for the “Hound Lounge” tab at the top.) This is an area in which you can chat with other members, upload photos and videos, arrange play dates for your dog, and much more. Unfortunately, when you go to the Hound Lounge you’ll be taken to another page on which you’ll need to re-enter your username and password – it won’t recognize you automatically. But feel free to use the same username and password combination to make things easier. If you haven’t already joined our Online Hound Lounge, please do!
