Zoom Room Founder Jaime Van Wye is spotlighted in the April editions of several Tails magazines nationwide as a “Local Hero,” due to her work creating training materials for therapy dogs. Van Wye explains that trained therapy dogs can have a calming effect on people with diseases or people recovering from an illness.

Zoom Room Coconut Creek hosted an English Bulldog meet up for Adopt-A-Bull Rescue this weekend. This fun filled event included pictures with Santa by the Christmas tree, a Holiday costume contest and a raffle. Some of the raffle prizes included four tickets to the Metro Zoo, a Betsy Johnson handbag and much more.

Each year millions of animals are euthanized due to over population in animal shelters. By adopting a dog instead of purchasing one from a pet store.

Pilots N Paws is a charitable organization which transports rescue animals by air, thanks to the loving help of volunteer pilots. They have flown thousands of rescue animals, military working dogs, service dogs, and dogs soldiers have adopted from war zones to safe havens provided by rescues and families.

Grand Opening was fun for all. We had agility classes, a dog trick contest, and a party in the evening. We raised $500 for Peace of Mind Dog Rescue.
