Calm Down!, Therapy Dog, Scent Discrimination class, along with Obedience and Agility start next week!

Zou Zou started life as a scared stray but now lives life being loved and giving love as a family dog, therapy dog, and tricks star.

We enjoyed a remarkably moving evening last night at the gala Hero Dog Awards. We enjoyed seeing several of our human heroes, such as Betty White and Victoria Stilwell. But the dogs were the true stars.

The American Humane Association presents the Hero Dog Awards, honoring guide dogs, therapy dogs, search and rescue, and other heroic canines. The show will be hosted by Carson Kressley, who will be joined by Betty White, Victoria Stilwell, Whoopi Goldberg, Kristin Chenoweth, and other stellar dog-loving luminaries, and will premiere on the Hallmark Channel on November 11, 2011.

Therapy dog training allows you to share your dog’s love and comfort with those who need it most. Dog World magazine recently published a spotlight on therapy dogs, featuring Zoom Room founder, Jaime Van Wye, and therapy dog, Clyde the Komondor.

On June 4 and 5, the Zoom Room hosted a Dog Agility Park at the Buddha Bark Wonder Park event in conjunction with the MTV Movie Awards. Situated in the gorgeous series of bungalows that comprise the Chaz Dean Studio in the heart of Hollywood, the two-day event featured doggie fashion shows, a gifting lounge, booths promoting pet wellness, and of course, our very own Dog Park.
